I can hardly believe it's August already!
I have been sewing my little heart out and liking every minute of it. More
fabric came in from Moda, some from the christmas line "Take A Bough", "Sweet
Potatoe Pie" and "Shades of Autumn". I took some of the Shades of Autumn
and designed a simple, fun rag quilt. (see kits) I do have some
bundles left if anyone is interested.
For those of you who aren't familiar with my
"muddy warm taste" in fabrics I will send out small snippits of the fabrics I
have used in a kit that you are interested in. Just send me a self
addressed envelope with a note referring to the one you want. It is often
difficult to see the true colors on the internet but if you are familiar with
the lines of fabric I've used you can always go to that companies site and look
at them too.
If you are a local and would like to order but
want to pick it up instead of shipped let me know and that can be
arranged. Everyone who orders and has it shipped to them will receive a
free pattern to help absorb some of the shipping costs. And if there is an
item you would like me to special order for you e-mail me and I'll see what I
can do.
My group still meets the second Monday eve of
the month at the Basket in Meno. Falls. Everyone is welcome to join us
from 6:30-??
There is so much more that I'm putting together
for my E-store customers. Make sure you check the site often to see what's
been added.
